A total of 3400 men aged 40 years and over with erectile dysfunction were recruited from November 2017 to May 2020. The placebo (n=1053) was used as a comparison group. After 12 weeks, 215 men (1063–2220) had experienced some degree of impotence. Overall, 152 men (1064–2220) reported some degree of impotence.
During the 12-week comparison, 152 men (1064–2220) on CIALIS reported some degree of impotence (frequency rare). Of the men who reported some degree of impotence, 88 (61%) were men who were men who did not have impotence.
